Welcome to ThunderstormBricks. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

  1. General Information
  • These Terms of Service govern your use of our website https://thunderstormbricks.com/ and all related services.
  • By accessing or using our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
  • We specialize in high-quality custom parts that are fully compatible with LEGO® bricks. However, our products are not official LEGO® components, nor are they manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. All references to LEGO® are solely for compatibility and identification purposes.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
  1. Orders and Payments
  • All product prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • We deliver products to locations specified during checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference but are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and selected method.
  • Customers ordering small parts can choose letter shipping as the most affordable option. However, this method does not include tracking or insurance. By selecting letter shipping, the customer accepts that if the package is lost, no refund or replacement will be issued, though we will assist in investigating the issue if needed.
  • Packages are dispatched within 48 business hours after the order is placed.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Customers have 14 days to request a return from the date of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Some items (such as custom orders) may not be eligible for returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  1. Warranty Policy
  • We provide a two-year warranty on our products covering manufacturing defects and mechanical damage not caused by improper use.

Examples of covered defects include:

  • A detached axle connector that came off when removing an axle.
  • Factory defects such as a loose-fitting part or incorrect dimensions.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, including:

  • Broken wheel spokes or hubcaps.
  • Parts deformed due to high temperatures.
  • Detached blades of propulsion screws.
  • The decision to approve a warranty claim is made by the seller. Possible resolutions include:
    • A replacement product.
    • A full refund.
    • A discount on a replacement part if the damage resulted from improper use.
  • If a customer purchases an item in a set (e.g., 4 hubcaps) and only one is damaged, they may purchase a single replacement for 1/4 of the full set price by contacting us directly, as individual hubcaps are not available for purchase separately.
  1. Outlet Products
  • Our website features an Outlet section, where discounted products with minor defects or damage are available.
  • These defects are clearly described and shown in product images.
  • Outlet products do not qualify for warranty claims related to pre-existing defects or damages that may worsen over time.
  1. Custom Orders
  • Custom orders can be placed via the Custom Order Form.
  • Submitting a request is free and non-binding.
  • After receiving a request, we will provide either an exact price or an estimated cost if additional details are required.
  • A deposit may be required for highly customized orders.
  • Once the order details are confirmed, the design process begins, and the customer will be updated throughout. We will work with the customer to finalize a digital design before production, ensuring the feasibility of the project.
  • If requested, a physical prototype can be produced at an additional cost, which will be determined based on complexity.
  • ThunderstormBricks guarantees that the final product will be compatible with LEGO® and durable under normal use.
  • Custom designs created through our service will be added to our store and available for purchase by others at standard pricing.
  • Customers do not pay extra for the design process unless their project is highly personalized and not widely marketable. If additional design costs apply, the customer will be informed before production begins.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned under the standard 14-day return policy.
  • Images uploaded via the Custom Order Form must adhere to the same guidelines as the Community Chat (see section 13). Any violations may result in restrictions on placing future orders.
  1. User Accounts
  • Users may create an account to manage orders and preferences.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
  • We collect and use personal information solely for order processing, customer service, and improving our services.
  • Customers’ addresses are used to determine currency settings and provide accurate shipping costs.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website (logos, images, text, designs) is the intellectual property of ThunderstormBricks or third-party licensors.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of our products.
  • We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times without interruption or errors.

  • Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  1. Community Chat Rules
  • The Community Chat feature allows users to communicate, share images, and discuss topics related to LEGO® and ThunderstormBricks parts.
  • Users must maintain respectful and appropriate communication at all times.
  • Uploaded images and videos must be relevant to LEGO® or ThunderstormBricks parts.
  • Users must not share sensitive personal data.

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

  • Politically inappropriate content or material promoting political parties.
  • Adult content, including vulgar images, videos, or language.
  • Any form of erotic content.
  • Offensive, inappropriate, or inflammatory materials.
  • Violations of these rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the chat.
  • Severe offenses, such as sharing explicit or illegal content, may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
